I'm not a huge fan of these, they are just okay to me, but I love how easy and fast they are. The kids always eat them up! You can use bagels instead. (Use mini bagels if you want to make your own "bagel bites.") Yesterday we made them because I didn't have enough cheese for everyone in the house to make their own personal pizza with real pizza dough, but I did have enough cheese for these.
Bob makes "pizza toast." It was one of his go-to bachelor meals. The kids love it and only Daddy makes it right.
